Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to Finest Furniture Studio. By accessing our website at finestfurniturestudio.co.uk, submitting an enquiry, requesting a free design visit, or purchasing our bespoke fitted furniture, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Business Information

  • Trading Name: Finest Furniture Studio

  • Address: 124 City Road, Kemp House, London, EC1V 2NX

  • Email: sales@finestfurniturestudio.co.uk

  • Telephone: +44 07468 150807

2. Free Design Visits, Estimates, and Surveys

  • Initial Estimates: Quotes, pricing estimates, and design visualisations provided online, via email, or over the phone are non-binding estimates based on dimensions provided by the customer.

  • Technical Survey: Prior to production, our in-house team conducts a technical room survey. Final prices are contingent on verified measurements and structural checks (including uneven walls or floors).

  • Photo & File Submissions: Any photos or room layout files uploaded via our lead forms are used solely to evaluate room constraints and generate accurate project estimates.

3. Orders, Deposits, and Payments

  • Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only upon written acceptance of our final quotation and receipt of the agreed deposit.

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to initiate material allocation and workshop production.

  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be settled immediately upon completion of fitting on the scheduled installation date.

  • Ownership of Goods: All bespoke cabinetry and fitted furniture remain the property of Finest Furniture Studio until paid in full.

4. Custom Made-to-Measure & Cancellation Policy

  • Exemption from Standard Returns: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-made and fitted products manufactured to your unique room measurements are exempt from standard statutory distance-selling returns.

  • Cancellation Period: Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of booking provided workshop manufacturing or custom material cutting has not commenced. After manufacturing starts, deposits become non-refundable to cover material and labor costs.

5. Site Access & Installation Conditions

  • Access & Safety: The customer must ensure clear, unimpeded, and safe access to the room on agreed installation dates.

  • Room Preparation: Rooms must be clear of clutter and personal items. While our team scribes around uneven walls and bowed floors, resolving structural dampness, major electrical changes, or plumbing alterations remains the client’s responsibility.

  • Decorations: On-site cutting and precision fitting may cause minor scuffs to surrounding paintwork immediately adjacent to units; touch-ups remain the property owner’s responsibility.

6. 10-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee

We provide a 10-Year Guarantee covering the structural integrity of joinery, door hinges, drawer runners, and moving mechanisms installed by our team. This guarantee excludes fair wear        and tear, accidental damage, building leaks/dampness, or unauthorized alterations by third parties.

7. Contact & Disputes

For inquiries, feedback, or legal notices, contact us at  sales@finestfurniturestudio.co.uk or call +44 07468 150807.
