Accurate measurements are the foundation of beautifully fitted furniture. Our simple measuring guides help you understand your space, identify key dimensions and prepare for a bespoke design tailored precisely to your home.
Taking a few accurate measurements gives us the foundation to create furniture that fits your space perfectly. Follow our simple guide to measure your height, width and depth, while identifying the architectural details that can influence your bespoke design.
Measure floor-to-ceiling at multiple points (left, middle, and right). Ceilings are rarely completely level, especially in period homes, so taking multiple readings ensures your wardrobes fit perfectly under coving and cornices.
Measure wall-to-wall along the top, middle, and base of the space. Walls are seldom perfectly straight, so recording width variations helps us design a seamless, gap-free fitted frame.
Measure from the back wall to the front edge of the space at several points. Consider how much depth is required to clear surrounding features and comfortably accommodate hanging clothes, drawers, and shelving.
Sloping ceilings, alcoves, chimney breasts and unusual corners don't have to limit your storage. Our bespoke furniture is designed around the architecture of your home, turning challenging spaces into elegant, functional solutions.
Every bespoke fitted furniture project starts with understanding your space. Accurate measurements allow us to create furniture that fits seamlessly around your room, its architecture and the way you live.
