Welcome to Finest Furniture, a UK-based company specializing in custom fitted wardrobe services. By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

"Customer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing services from the Company.
"Services" refers to the design, manufacture, and installation of fitted wardrobes.

3. Order Process
3.1 Quotations: All quotations provided by the Company are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
3.2 Acceptance: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, as specified in the quotation.
3.3 Changes: Any changes to the order must be communicated in writing and may affect the cost and timeline.

4. Payment
4.1 Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the order.
4.2 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.
4.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Delivery and Installation
5.1 Timeline: The Company will provide an estimated timeline for delivery and installation.
5.2 Delays: The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
5.3 Access: The Customer must ensure access to the property for installation purposes.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled installation date.
6.2 Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel orders with a full refund if unable to fulfill the order.

7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 Warranty: The Company offers a 5-year warranty on all fitted wardrobes, covering materials and workmanship.
7.2 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.
7.3 Liability: The Company's liability is limited to the value of the order. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Privacy
8.1 Data Collection: The Company collects personal information for order processing and communication.
8.2 Data Protection: The Company complies with the Data Protection Act 2018. Customer information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
